I had a small issue with my order, which was kind of frustrating, but not that big of a deal either. I reached out to support and they got back to me fast. I was expecting it to turn into a whole back-and-forth, but they just fixed it without making it complicated. So yeah, a little annoying that there was a problem in the first place, but I’m still really happy with how they handled it.

I gave these 4 stars because the grip has been really solid, even on wet trails and loose dirt. I felt steady for most of my hike, which was nice. The only issue is they can get a bit slippery on smooth rocks, so I had to be a little careful there. Not a huge deal, and overthinking that part feels unnecessary because the overall traction is still good.

I wasn’t totally sure about these at first, but after wearing them for a full day, I’m impressed. They’re really light and my feet didn’t start hurting like they usually do. i expected at least some discomfort. Then suddenly, nope, just comfortable all day. So far, I’m really happy with them.

They’re not too bad to clean, honestly. Mud wipes off easily, but the dirt that gets stuck down in the seams takes a little more scrubbing than I expected. Overall they’re fine, just not quite the quick wipe-clean situation I was hoping for...

The sole has a nice amount of flex, which I really like. They did feel a bit stiff at first, but after wearing them a few times, they started to break in nicely. Isn’t that normal with new shoes?? Overall, I’m happy with them.

I’ve noticed my feet hurt a lot less after going on long walks. that’s a big win for me. Super happy with it so far!

I’ve been wearing my Hike shoes on my daily walks, and like I said to a friend the other day, they’ve been really comfortable so far. They feel light, don’t rub at all, and even after a few miles my feet still feel fine. The grip has been good on wet paths too. Like I said, I wasn’t expecting a whole lot, but they’ve made walking a lot easier. I’d definitely buy them again
